I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at The Buckle (Santa Rosa, CA) in Feb 2011
Interview
I filled out the online application and instantly received an email telling me to call in to the store to schedule an interview with the sales manager. I was told to come in two days later for my interview. When I got there, a sales associate informed the manager I was there. She looked me up on the computer and told me to go stand at the back of the store while she got my application from the back. The interview maybe lasted five minutes, it was extremely fast. She asked me to describe myself, then also asked me about my school situation and previous work experience, that was all. I was told to come back for a second interview after the weekend. We will see how it goes...

Interview
Very casual. Dress up in cute clothes, I would suggest a dress for women. Typical interview questions about background. Usually takes around a half an hour or so. Relatively easy!

Interview
The interview process was very smooth. I got a tour of the store and then we stepped off to the side (still on the main sales floor) for the actual interview. I was asked about 7 questions and I knew I had the job when I left!
