The Buckle Co-Manager interview questions

The store manager constantly scanned the people walking by while I answered her questions...I had to wonder if I should look behind me, because it seemed she was more interested in what was going on behind me than what I was saying. She asked me a series of questions that were more related to how "cool" I was than my ability to manage the store. In addition to looking around while I talked, she also took notes on my answers.
