      QA Automation Engineer Interview

      12 Apr 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The CBORD Group

      Interview

phone interview and then they setup an interview with the hiring manager and an executive. I was referred by a friend/colleague that was recruited to work for them. So I thought I had a great chance, especially since my friend knows I'm a great worker. The manager was nice, but the executive was a complete jerk. He acted as though he was bored as soon as the interview began. He had a smirk the whole time as though he knew he wasn't going to hire me and he kept saying nice nasties and microaggressions the entire time. I feel I would have had a great chance with just the manager, but the executive was typical and let me know that this would not be a great place to work. My friend has since quit and has told me horror stories about this place. So i'm glad that the executive was rude and saved me the heartache.
