Interview at headquarters in Camden, New Jersey 3 different interviews with various team members; each interview was about 45 minutes Asked mostly about previous work experience; fairly standard interview process; lasted 3-4 hours in total

I interviewed with Campbell’s for 3 different positions over the course of a year. Each time the process took almost 2 months, had multiple interviews with managers (3 stages each time, 4 managers). The first two positions I received a standard rejection email with no feedback (although I know they went well or they would not have had me interviewing for a 3rd position.The third position I at least received an email from the hiring manager stating I did well in the interview but did not get the job. It is not right to have someone jump thru that many hoops that many times only to be rejected without a clue why. Would recommend Campbell’s improve their hiring process, I would not want to work for a company that treats their interviewees let alone employees like that.
