Interview
Online prescreening personality test first, followed by resume upload. Took about a week to receive an emailed invitation to interview, followed by a 4 interview series. You come back to interview as the next person up the scale approves you, so it takes place over multiple days unless you get lucky and have the next manager in the building at the conclusion of your current interview.

Applied online took assessment passed got choice of times then interview asked basic questions what would you change at former job why did you leave and availability only took about 10 minutes
The interview process is pretty smooth. They ask if you know the different types of steaks and if you know your wines/alcohol. They also want to know your experience with serving.

Filled out application online , Interview with a manager went great. Typical questions. Got call back same day from GM asking me to come in for second interview the next day . Was offered job on the spot at second interview & filled out paperwork same day
