You are first required to apply online. An exam is required, and once you pass your form is sent and reviewed. You receive a call back to which you then are able to set up a time to come in and be interviewed. You have your interview at the facility.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Glendale, WI) in Mar 2026
Interview
You initially interview with an assistant manager or something. It is a rather easy interview but then they say they will get back to you about setting up a second interview and they never do. Felt like the were giving me the run-around. Not professional.
I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Orland Park, IL)
Interview
Very easy interview process. I sat down with one of the shift managers and we went over job duties, my experience and availability. They mostly ask about reliability and availability.
