E km and AEKM give you separate interviews then together a bunch of basic textbook interview questions. Sometimes it is a two day or one day interview process. They don't test you're knowledge or even ask our require it.
It can be intimating because you are place at a table in the center of the store for your interview. If management is busy you will wait so long

was easy they need cooks so any experience you have will work just make sure you tell them what station you prefer to work in for the position. but overall, the managers are kind and respect hard working individuals
sit in the dining area with the head chef and read your resume, small talk here and there, then asks question about you and your skills, they tell a little bit about the company and how it works around here
