I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Cheesecake Factory (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview process for a server job at The Cheesecake Factory is pretty laid-back and focused on customer service. First, there's a quick phone chat to check your availability and interest. Then, you'll meet with a manager in person, who'll ask about your past work in food service, how you handle busy times, and your approach to making customers happy. They might throw in a few role-playing scenarios to see how you'd deal with different situations. Overall, it's a friendly and relaxed process where they want to see if you can be a great team player and keep up their high standards of service.

Interview
Nice and easy, the process was simple and smooth, they asked about previous experience, and that's really it. If you are looking to work somewhere with higher checks, go here.

Interview
Pretty straightforward, they ask about your experience and how you would deal with certain customers. They ask about problem solving skills and customer service scenarios. They ask what you want from the job and where you see yourself in 5 years.
Simple interview process. Go in person and answer some basic questions with floor manager and they'll let you know if you got the job or not pretty much right there. Pretty sure everyone will get in.
