I applied online and received a call the next week. The following week I went in for a group interview with the assistant manager, along with three other applicants. The questions were basic, nothing difficult. I got a call back at the end of the week to schedule a 1-on-1 with the manager. It was really laid back, didn't take too long, average questions to get a feel for my personality and work ethic. She offered me the job on the spot, and I start next week.
