I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at The Children's Place in Sept 2015
Interview
I applied online and then two months later I got a call from the assistant manager asking me if I could come in for an interview. I went in at 3 the next day. When I got there the assistant manager told me the manager was in a meeting so if I could come back at 4 instead. I came by at 4, once again the assistant manager said if I could wait 1 more hour until 5. I came back at 5 and finally the manager was there. When I got there, they made me wait a little so they could clear the back room. While they did that, I awkwardly stood there while the manager screamed at the assistant manager to hurry. When I finally went back there, it was catastrophe. It was a mess and it was dirty. The manager who interviewed me was really rude and seemed like she whatsoever did not care about the meeting. When it was over I went home and never got a call. I decided to call them and when I did, the assistant manager and the real manager where arguing over the phone because they didn't want to TALK TO me. The manager finally talked to me and told me she couldn't put me on her schedule because I'm 16. And that's fine BUT WHY WOULD YOU MAKE WASTE 3 HOURS OF MY LIFE IF I COULDN'T EVEN GET THE JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE.
I interviewed at The Children's Place (Southlake, TX)

It was an easy process, it was a quick interview and I got the job on the same day. The main questions asked were about availability and how much experience I had in the field.
