Interview
Applied for position online, received an email about a phone interview a couple weeks later. Had about 30(ish) minute phone interview, went okay. Almost exclusively questions about your personal experience solving problems, some weird behavioral and obscure problem solving questions. Was told two weeks later by email they were no longer interested.

I applied through university. I interviewed at The Cigna Group (Provo, UT) in Oct 2020
Interview
Went through six interviews with Cigna, the last four being back to back. The interviewers asked both challenging and thoughtful questions while making sure I was comfortable as well. I had a mix of behavioral, logical, and statistical questions asked.
Was very delightful. Had a 30 minute first round call with two actuarial analysts which turned into a 1 hour conversation instead. The interviewers were very friendly and was willing to give more time to answer questions. Got invited to the second round but received another offer earlier.

Excellent process. The interview was virtual. Excellent questions were asked that assessed my understanding of the health insurance industry and how well I could work on a team, in addition to some questions about leadership skills and how I made and prioritized tasks and decisions.
