Pathetic. Told by recruiter I was selected from over 200 candidates and only one other person was being considered. Had a 30 minute interview in which the hiring manager spoke for 20 plus minutes. Asked one question. Not sure what they hiring was based on. An absolute blessing to be rejected by what was probably a really bad job

Interview
They first did a 30 minute behavioral interview over the phone. A few weeks later I got offered to interview in person with about 30 other applicants. There are 4 parts to the day - a team building exercise, a panel to ask questions to, a behavioral interview with two employees, and a networking lunch.
Applied online through career services and was contacted for on campus interview. Was then contacted for a further phone interview where there were a few people on the line.
