Interview
A phone interview with recruiter, then a few days later technical screen with the manager and then onsite interview with a the whole management team. It was not a tough interview
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Cigna Group (Colorado Springs, CO)
Interview
Interview process was easy. Quick recruiter interview and then 25 minutes for the second interview with hiring manager. Took almost a month to receive my rejection letter which is absurd to keep a candidate waiting that long. I’ll never work for a company that treats people like that.
There are three Virtual Interviews. The first two are personality interviews and the final one is a technical coding interview. The personality interviews are about your resume and previous experiences.

Question 1
What is one example of a leadership role you took on and had to lead a team?

Interview
Very quick and straightforward process. Had a simple recruiter interview in the morning (typical recruiter interview, as long as you aren’t crazy you will pass), followed by a call with the hiring manager in the afternoon, then a call with the hiring manager’s boss the next day. Heard back by the end of the week. Everyone was very nice and the questions were all behavioral, the sort of questions you find when you google “common job interview questions”.
