Quick interview process, applied online and completed a screening phone interview with the recruiting team member. A video with the hiring manager followed which was a bit awkward due to the fact that they opted not to turn on their camera and the fact that they didn’t seem to know what they were actually looking for in the role when it came to requirements or expectations. Final step was a video interview with the leader of team. Received an offer that was much lower than range discussed in initial screening and opted to decline outright due to hiring managers lack of basic knowledge around the vision and skills needed for the role to be successful short and long term.
