I had a phone screen from internal recruiter a few days after online application submission, then a 10 min. phone interview from hiring manager another few days later, and followed by a 1:1 interview a week later with 3 other people lasting 30 min. each, with 3rd interviewer giving a tour of the lab. Interviewers were very friendly.
