Interview
The interview process consisted of 2 panels of interviewers. Each of the panel conducted their own set of interviews. The sessions lasted about 45 minutes each, and consisted of approximately 5 questions. Questions were all behavior based and were expected to be answered in the STAR format.....Situation > Task > Action > Result.
