I went through two different steps. First the over the phone interview which allowed me to tell them a little about myself. Then it was the face to face which was a series of questions about sales and name a time scenario. After that they made me sell a display.

Interviewed with 3 people. Was somewhat challenging as they asked for specific scenarios in several questions, which I had a difficult time recalling but overall not too bad as I was hired
An online interview follow by a phone interview where job responsibilities and opportunities were discussed. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. The interviewer was polite and punctual but the opportunity was noy a great match
