Coke uses the STAR method of interviewing, (Situation/ Task, Action, Results). My interview was a panel interview with myself, and two executives in the warehouse. It was not a very uptight interview, but I still tried to make sure that I stuck to the layout of the STAR method. The questions they asked were straight from a packet, and I believe there were 7 of them.

Question 1
Have you ever attempted to make a change from the norm among a group, and faced stark opposition?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company
Interview
The interview process starts off with a phone screening from a recruiter approximately 15 minutes. Then if the recruiter feels that they have a match they send you an email inviting you for a face to face interview at the desired location you applied for. The face to face interview is with 2 VP managers and it last about an hour of STAR based questions. You have to answer in STAR format if you do not know how or what STAR is I suggest you start Googling and practicing it. After you pass the face to face interview with the VP manager you are then invited for a second interview with another manager, the second interview is more relaxed and conversational, you pretty much have to sell your self to that manager that is interviewing you. If you pass all interview process you are then contacted by a recruiter by phone about a job offer and the fun begins at that point! The hiring process took about 2 months, if you're given an offer you can counter the offer they give you if you strongly feel that you are experienced in the position you're desiring for.
