Rigorous Assessment Test consisting of case study and group discussion. Case study talked about a real life ethically grey on the job situation. We were asked to solve the problem with reasoning behind the solution. Then we were asked to defend our solution in a group of twelve people. 10 out of 48 were eventually selected for the final interview. Shortlisted people are interviewed. Interview tests whether candidates lifestyle matches with the rigorous and prosperous life of IBPL. Also, candidates acumen and willingness to commit to the job and the company.
