The interview was a series of scenario based questions. Several interviewers taking turns. Some asked general questions and some asked skills related questions. I don't think there were too many wrong answers. You should just be yourself and be honest. Your going to be part of a team and they are looking for the right dynamics.

So far the interview process consists of a phone screening to see if the company is a good fit for me and vice versa. A key factor was the salary expectation to move on with the details and questions. They also mentioned behavioral questions that will be asked during the panel interview. These questions will focus on the 5 Leadership Behaviors: Drive Innovation; Collaborate with the System, Customers and Key Stakeholders; Act like an Owner; Inspire Others; and Develop Self and Others.
