Telefoninterview ist ziemlich einfach. Es werden die bekannten Standartfragen gestellt. Warum gewähltes Studium? Beschreibe dich mit 3 Adjektiven. Was ist für dich Kommunikation? Was wäre für dich das schlimmste, was passieren könnte während des Trainee Programms?
Das Assessmet Center ist hingegen eine ziemliche Herausforderung. Man muss eine Selbstpräsentation vorbereiten, die man während der Bearbeitung einer Fallstudie präsentieren muss. Danach kam eine Gruppendiskussion, die Vorstellung der Fallstudie, ein Mitarbeitergespräch als Rollenspiel und ein Feedbackgespräch. Ales unter künstlich erzeugtem Stress. Ziemlich herausforderndes AC, allerdings mit etwas Vorbereitung gut machbar.

Estuvo bien, no recuerdo muy bien el proceso, pero en términos generales, considero que estuvo bien, así que buen trabajo y buenos procedimientos, y buen ambiente en su forma de dirigirse.
In the first stage, I was invited to English and General Aptitude Exam. After that, I attended to Group Case Interview. We were 5 people and tried to solve a company problem. After that, I interviewed with a finance manager.
