I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
It was a four step process that took two months:
1) Phone screening with HR.
2) Met with two peers (Group Director level) and one director level. Then met with future hiring manager (VP).
3) Phone calls with hiring manager to offer job and give initial negotiation points.
4) Rest of negotiation handled via HR.

Question 1
Most of the questions were: 1) To get to know me, 2) To understand level of contribution I was used to providing, 3) To see if the current role was something that I was knowledgable about and could do great in. You definitely need to be prepared.
I applied online. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company in Jan 2021
Interview
Submitted application online and then was contacted by the recruiter for a prescreening phone interview after a few days. I was told by the recruiter during the interview that the hiring manager wanted to fill this role urgently so she asked me to provide a few interview time slots for the following week which I did. However, the recruiter came back a few days later and scheduled the panel interview more than 2 weeks out due to a scheduling conflict.
There were 3 VPs in the panel interview and one of them was the hiring manager. The conversations went well and they seemed to like what I had to say(or so I thought). The hiring manager said she or the recruiter would reach out in one or two weeks to let me know but I was ghosted instead. I followed up with the recruiter after two weeks of waiting but she never bother to get back to me. My guess was the department went through reorg (the hiring manager's title was changed after my interview) and the role was replaced by other new titles but with similar responsivities.
