Multiple stage interviews 1. CV 2. Phone 3. In person with HR specialist 4. Direct manager interview + HR specialist 5. Interview with GM 6. Final decision via email in approx 2 weeks Over all the process is fair and not stressful as least in my view. No exams and test (even physiological tests). Every one is polite ad friendly. Over all the process was interesting.
