The interview lasted less than two minutes. The only topic discussed was my visa status. Once it was clear I’m on a Graduate visa, the call was ended immediately. No other questions were asked, and there was no prior indication in the job description that sponsorship was not available!! I had prepared for the interview and taken time off work, so the experience felt frustrating and avoidable.
