I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Connor Group (Dayton, OH) in Feb 2023
Interview
The process was very long, and parts of it antiquated and some questions border lined on illegal. The recruiters were very kind, but the hiring manager could not have been less interested to speak to me. This was the 4th interview I should mention as well- I considered leaving the interview 5 minutes in because of his behavior, but stuck it out for a little bit longer. I do not know if he just did not like me, could not be bothered or what the issue was.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Connor Group (Cincinnati, OH) in Sept 2025
Interview
The first round phone screening was a breeze, quick red flag would be asking how many hours I worked in my previous job. Second step of the process is a personality test with the second recruiter before in person interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Connor Group (Scottsdale, AZ) in Jul 2025
Interview
After going through four rounds of interviews with The Connor Group, I was disappointed to be completely ghosted without any follow-up or closure. I invested significant time preparing for and attending each conversation, and I felt the process was moving forward positively. A simple update—whether good or bad—would have shown professionalism and respect for candidates. This experience left me questioning the company’s culture and how it values people.
