The phone interview went very well. Some questions that were asked were in regards to myself, skills/strengths, why I want to work at TCS, availability, abilities to work in teams, etc..
Before the phone interview was over the manager told me that I would be receiving an email or call very soon to schedule an in person interview in the store with another manager. I never received a call or email. After 4 days I sent an email to check in. I received a call from the same manager that interviewed me and said that someone had already called me but couldn't reach me (I had my phone ringtone on loud for that entire week, if I would've received a call I would've known or it would've shown up on my missed calls log. Also they had my email and I hadn't received anything from there either). So she schedules me for an in person interview for the following day.
I go to the in person interview, I did really well. I was asked to write down my availability and the manager that interviewed me for this session informed me that I would receive an email the same day with more information and a consent form for a background check. I never received an email. 2 days later I called the store and the person that picked up happened to be the first interviewer. I explained that I hadn't heard anything back in regards to the email I was supposed to have received. She said she would tell the other manager the following day but that I would definitely hear something whether it be email or call the next day. Next day comes around and big surprise no email or call. The following day however I receive an email saying that I will not be offered the position. I felt like it was a waste of time trying to get them to communicate with me.
