3 round interview process.
1. Speak with the initial recruiter about the role to make sure it aligns with your previous experience and if compensation is correct.
2. Talk to your potential manager or Head of Recruiting- They go over the services that are provides and how you will service your clients. STAR questions and questions you may have for them.
3. Last round speak with Director of Recruiting- Mock Client interview, be prepared for push-back and real scenarios.
