I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The Counter (Irvine, CA) in May 2013
Interview
Took about a couple weeks. Had two interviews. Mainly conversational. Asked about previous jobs and what I did there. Why I wanted to work there etc. Met with two different managers at the restaurant. Explained my past experience and what my availability was. Got back to me the next week with an offer.
It was easy. Not difficult at all. The process was smooth and I felt confident after the interview was over. Definitely wouldn't stress. It was really great. Make sure you are ready to talk about previous experience and you will be fine with the process.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at The Counter in Feb 2020
Interview
The manager asked a few questions and hired on the spot. The interview was quick and easy. Impressing a hiring manager is no easy feat. In addition to getting a handle on your nerves, you have to figure out what to say in a job interview that will make you stand out from the other candidates.
