Recruitment agency had chosen my profile from a job site and they had organised the interview. The panel had called me within a fifteen minutes of time after my profile was shortlisted and shared. I was selected by just having a telephonic interview.

Interview
Good interview. It was a 2 person interview with the I believe the VP of engineering and one other person whom I believe to be another engineer. The interview was conducted very well and I felt very comfortable. Not great follow up. I interviewed 2 weeks ago, was promised a call back the following week and heard nothing. I left a few messages and still nothing.
