I was contacted on LinkedIn by this company for a Tech Lead role, and despite my past experience with them applying for a junior position, I thought things might have changed. The Talent Acquisition team scheduled an interview with the hiring manager in desperation, and the interview itself went well. I was told I would hear about the next steps.
It has now been four weeks, and despite multiple follow-ups with the TA team, I have received no response. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this—similar behavior occurred a decade ago.
My advice: be cautious and consider whether you want to risk being ghosted. The lack of basic courtesy and communication reflects poorly on their professionalism.
