30 minute interview discussing my past with the organization, what ideas I want to bring to the table, my availability during the semester, and the goals outlined by the department.

I applied online by emailing a resume to the senior marketer. I got an email back requesting an interview within a week. I personally had no marketing experience going into this, I just wanted to learn some things in this field. Questions were fairly easy and open answered. Asked some things about my resume and I clarified some topics for them.
