Interview
They had no idea what they were looking for. They had no idea what to ask me. The CEO kept saying "mhm" while I was talking and they openly admitted that the people that were in the role before didn't like it there. I loved the first 2 people I met with, they were great. I was hoping for an offer from TDO, but alas, they took to long.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Dallas Opera (Dallas, TX) in May 2015
Interview
A group of 6 or 7 employees participated. The applicant presented a power point description of the first 90 days on the job. Applicant was asked to prepare and present a strategy for approaching a potential donor for a major gift.
