The Douglaston Companies interview questions

I was referred to The Douglaston Companies by a recruiter. I appreciated the prompt feedback after each stage of the interview. It showed that the company values the candidates’ time and efforts. There were four rounds of interviews. The interviewers were not only professional but also genuinely friendly and approachable. They made me feel comfortable and encouraged me to share my experiences and skills.

I emailed their HR after seeing a posting on my schools job board. They contacted me shortly after to schedule an interview. HR missed my first interview, but we quickly rescheduled. The interview itself went very well. It seemed very positive, they said they would let me know next steps within 2 days. I emailed a week later, and they said they were still running my application by the higher ups to see if I should move on. I sent a follow-up two weeks later, no response. I sent another two weeks later to see if I'm still being considered, no response. Ghosted.
