First the interview process started out with a video screening. They asked me to provide a brief background about my mobile development experience and some of the projects I worked on.
Next was a coding challenge that asked me to write an app. There was a set number of hours I had to complete it. The challenge provided me with ample freedom to implement features the way I wanted, so I used it as a way to showcase my skills. They asked for the completed code to be hosted on a Git repository.
Finally I had a panel interview. They asked several questions ranging from general work related questions to more custom tailored questions specific to me. The interview was relatively open ended and I didn't feel like it was just a constant stream of questions. It was an hour long and provided me time to express why I felt I was a great fit for the position.
