The interview started with an introduction and a discussion about my background and previous aviation experience. The recruiters asked several competency-based questions using real-life examples. They focused on customer service, teamwork, safety, communication, adaptability, and handling difficult situations. The interview was professional, friendly, and lasted around 20-30 minutes.

Interview
tough process alot of people will be eliminated even at the first round, quite tough for a fresh grad with only 1 year of experience through internships to apply. Must be prepared to come with at least 2 years of jobs experience eventhough mentioned at least 1 year (to be safe).
They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview
