Disclaimer: my impression doesn't have anything to do with the result of the interview. I was completely disappointed with the organization. Very exhausting, very slow. The Open Day took the whole day, however, you only stand and wait for 8 hours 50 mins out of 9 hours. The recruiters were very snobbish, annoyed with people's questions, and barely professional (former flight attendants). Not a pleasant experience at all! I'm glad I didn't make it to the final interview as I have no desire to work with these people anyway. By the way, after the group assessment they chose those who talked much more than others. I will never ever consider Emirates as a potential employer, they are way too unprofessional starting from the very beginning (the Open Day).
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Get to know your partner and then tell us something unique about him/her (5 mins to discuss, they choose one person from each pair, your success depends on your appearance, how you look, stand talk).
Group activity, you discuss a situation in a group of 5-8: Ten customers booked rooms at your hotel but due to the computer error only two of them can get rooms. Choose 2 customers from the list (you get 15 minutes, don't be shy to talk a lot). Then a role play with an assessor when she is an angry customer who wasn't chosen and you are a manager of a company trying to provide a solution .
They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview
Cv submissions during open day, followed by personal introduction. 50% people were eliminated in that round. Then came height check, then group discussion and the next day was a final personal interview with the panel. Questions asked:

Took couple of rounds in person. English test, group assesment and also online personality test. Great experience, took a few months and joined within 1 year of applying. Personality test took 2hrs
