Applied online and was invited to an assesment day. So many people showed up that it became a open day. Research the company and dress like cabin crew. Wear a skirt suit set if you are female and the red lipstick. Pull your hair completely back in a bun or French twist. Make your resume concise and focused on customer service. Don't forget to smile :) have a good time and be professional and courteous to everyone you meet, not just the recruiter.
They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview
Cv submissions during open day, followed by personal introduction. 50% people were eliminated in that round. Then came height check, then group discussion and the next day was a final personal interview with the panel. Questions asked:
What do you value most as a character ethic?
Why do you want to join Emirates
Took couple of rounds in person. English test, group assesment and also online personality test. Great experience, took a few months and joined within 1 year of applying. Personality test took 2hrs
