The process is quite simple and straight forward. Eddie, the head of talent, did a phone interview with me. Then I had an online interview with EDI manager withing a week. Then in about a week or so, I had an in-person interview with the manager and COO. And I got an offer a couple of days later. Very friendly atmosphere throughout the whole process.
