Interview
The interview process consisted of a physical interview in the training room at the Martin's. Basic questions were asked, as were inquiries into scheduling. Drug testing was not done, at least to myself.

Interview
It was relaxed, professional but laid back at the same time. It is very informal and you usually get offered the job at the end. Be sure to ask about flexibility and how they handle their student workers
