Quick interview process. Happens on site (or at a designated storefront location near store, if it's still being built) and you know pretty much immediately if you're hired. The process is relatively easy and very cut and dry. Great first job for high school students.

It was straightforward and simple for an entry level position. I was one of many high school and college age students that worked there part time, so it was a basic process of asking if you can work the hours, show up on time, and be presentable. You were brought up to a manager's office and asked the basic questions, nothing too crazy since it's a position that doesn't require skills or previous experience.
