The interview process was good. I just met with the Guest Services manager. She was very nice and was very clear with what they were looking for. The Guest Services manager called me first, and asked me some basic questions before she set up a time with me to come in and meet with her.

How I would handle certain situations. She asked about past positions, what I liked and didn't like about them. She asked about availability as well.

Sent resume via online job site. I was called in to interview with manager of dept, after interview I was called back and offered the position. Then sent to HR to fill out application and pick up drug test, uniform, bridge card, etc.

They are always advertising. Just call. Someone from a desprate department will call you or the HR. Unless it is summer. No one calls. Till the very end. Phone interview, hr interview, then department interview. If hired you get a room with no kitchen but it is cheap.
