There was first a 30-45 minute phone interview with the Recruiting Manager. The Recruiting Manager was very thorough and asked very specific questions. The next step was a virtual panel interview with three people. It was obvious there was no communication between the Recruiting Manager and this team of interviewers based on the questions they asked. After this interview, there was also no direct communication when I was disqualified from the position, just a system automated message. As an HR professional, I find that incredibly unprofessional way to communicate with a candidate who has gone that far in the process.
