The interview process was very informal and not too technical. At times it didn't seem like they were prepared to ask me questions. There were moments of silence where the interviewers were trying to think of questions to ask. Many of which were personality based. A good chunk of the time was spent telling me information that was unnecessary to the interview, such as what things were like at another hospital.
