I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The Grove Apartments (Bat, LA)
Interview
Very surface level and insincere. Definitely not the atmosphere or professionalism you would expect to find there. The lady who interviewed me was not interested in doing the interview. I never will consider applying for any positions this company has in the future. Would not recommend.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at The Grove Apartments (Nashville, TN) in Jan 2018
Interview
They mostly just want to see if you have the availability to be able to work the hours they need. Everything else is fluff. Your best bet is to say that you plan to be there for a long time, so they can feel confident they won't need to replace you soon after.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Grove Apartments
Interview
Very laid back and informative. Gives a good outlook on what the property will be like. They give a tour of the property, and an in depth description of the job functions. They will call if they like what you have to offer the company. Less than a week for call backs
