The Growth Company Employment interview questions

The sytle was Competency Based Interviews. 6 questions on how to support someone back to work and recording these actions. I was put at ease straight away and encouraged by the smiling interviewers that I was on track for most of my interview and nudged back on track a couple of times. A very pleasent experience.
