Over the phone interview followed by an in-person interview after submitting an online application. Questions were specifically about my impression of the Heineken company as whole and what excites me most. Researching interviewers beforehand provided the great opportunity to relate to them personally and leave an impression.

A usual-length video call, the interview questions are expected and can be prepared beforehand. The interviewers are quite nice, they explained the job description in detail, and willing to answer the queries.

The interview process began with a self-introduction, followed by questions related to the introduction. The details of the job scope were then explained, and I was asked if I would be willing to work overtime on occasion.

It was a simple process; it was a remote interview and though I didn't get selected for the second round, the interviewer was very clear and communicated the position well.
