Generic questions about myself, which financial tools I have experience, why I want to quit my previous job, why I would be a good fit to that position, which weakness I see in Heineken and how to improve it.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at The HEINEKEN Company (Edinburgh, Scotland)
Interview
Went through recruitment agent.
Had a video interview where the HR person asked 5 questions. The video interview is one of the worst way to interview someone as it’s not possible to tell their personality etc as they only have a limited amount of time to think of the answer and there is a time limit or answering too!
After the video interview, it took months before Heineken came back to me to.
Went through to face to face interview - 2 within a space of 2 days!
First face to face interview was competency based whilst the second one was more an informal meeting.
Been told that it’ll be a side step and there are a lot of flexibilities at work but have yet to see that.
