Eerst zoals gewoonlijk een CV en Motivatie brief sturen. Daarna moet je verschillende testen maken. Als de resultaten van deze testen boven de norm liggen wordt je uitgenodigd voor een gesprek. Tijdens dit gesprek zal je met een Corporate Recruiter praten over jij als mens
Als 1 van jouw vrienden nu binnen zou lopen en ik zou hem of haar vragen jou te omschrijven, wat zou hij of zij dan over jou zeggen? Zie jij jezelf ook zo?

Interview
I got a call and invitation to first interview. No tests needed, only your CV, resume and few questions you have to fill in on their website. It is different hiring experience compred to other companies. In your first interview you have to show yourself, who you are. They ask a few competency based questions but nothing special or too dificult. Nesx step is panel interview and an assement day at the external party. There you have to conduct typical assement day test, role play and psychological evaluation. Process is interesting only there is no flexibility in time, you have to come when they appoint the time for you, so clear your schedule!
