Phone call first and then an onsite. The onsite was about an hour and a half meeting with several people. They were quick in getting feedback and making an offer.

I got a screening call and was asked what sort of programs I use for UX. It was nothing out of the ordinary from a screening call. I believe the process was to pass that screener with the recruiter and then you’d be passed to the next part of the interview.
