Interview
Very comfortable. The directors were both there, very respectful, and made me feel comfortable. They genuinely want to get to know you as an individual to see if the job is fit for you and if you are fit for the job.

Asked reasonable questions to get to know me, why I wanted to work with kids, experience with kids, etc. Asked situational questions about conflict amongst children and how to handle it.
